Taking care of our associates is our top priority. That’s why we offer a competitive benefits package that includes health and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, vacation time, paid holidays and more.
In case of injury or illness, we want our associates and their families to be protected. That’s why we offer an insurance package to full-time associates.
Prime observes six main US holidays. Our industry never stops and drivers haul freight 365 days a year, requiring year-long in-house support. If you are required to work one of these holidays you will be compensated accordingly.
Vacation time is earned based on how long each associate has been with the company. Vacation begins accruing from hire date as follows: 1 day per month up to 10 days. After the first anniversary is reached, vacation will be applied annually at anniversary date.
