Body Shop Technician

We are immediately hiring for full time Body Shop Technician. This role is critical in keeping our equipment looking the best it can when delivering loads to customers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and/or review vehicle repair plan estimates
- Paint surfaces of vehicles using spray-painting equipment, power tools and work aids utilizing specific surface preparation and painting techniques;
- Inspect panels to be painted for body repair, prepping and/or buffing defect;
- Mix to specified color using standard formulas or color charts;
- Sand, mask, blend, and polish finish to match surrounding areas;
- Repair collision damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standard
- Ability to weld aluminum and steel.
- This job works with heavy equipment, so you'll need to be able to lift and carry 140lbs and pull and push 20lbs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR mechanical experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Paint and/or body work experience is required.
